It all begins with a good crust. I bought this already to bake crust. It was the perfect pallet for creating a fresh veggie pizza. It’s already to bake, and ready to top with your favorite foods. Baked by Damascus Bakery. Yum..
Preheat over to 425 degrees
1 fresh carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green and red peppers, thinly sliced
1 homegrown tomato, sliced
1 small zucchini, sliced thin
Top with diced green onions
Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese, (pick your favorite)
Place pizza on cookie sheet. Cover in foil. Add to hot oven and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 12 minutes, until crust looks crispy, and vegetables are soft.
Slice, serve and eat. This is so delicious, hearty, and healthy. I want seconds. You will too.
